For businesses building their online presence for the first time, or starting again from nothing after an earlier attempt that was never taken seriously enough.
Who it suits
Owner-led business
Retail, local services, a personal brand with serious intent to grow. You treat being found online as a long-term investment, not a tactical expense.
Independent professional
Lawyer, doctor, consultant, architect, accountant. You are hired on trust, and what people find online has to be as serious as your own work.
Startup / Scale-up
You are past the quick prototype and need an architecture that scales with the product, not against it.
What the project includes
Discovery
- A fit conversation, both ways, at no cost and with no cold quote by email
- A structured brief: objectives, audience, content, integrations, constraints
- Competitive audit: what works and what does not, in your field
- Technical plan: the proposed architecture, key decisions with the reasoning
Build
- Visual identity adapted or built from nothing, depending on what you have
- A design system of your own: components, typography, palette, spacing, never a template
- A modern stack, chosen for performance and for maintenance over years
- Structured content: modelling, schema, validation at the level of the code
- Performance and accessibility to a standard you can verify (Lighthouse 95+)
- Complete technical SEO: meta tags, OpenGraph, JSON-LD, sitemap, robots
Launch
- Deployment on fast infrastructure, under our control or on yours
- DNS, SSL and basic monitoring configured
- End-to-end checks on real devices, including screen reader passes
- Handover with technical documentation
Continuity
- A retrospective audit at month six, included in the project: what worked, what needs adjusting
- Technical maintenance and security updates
- Uptime and performance monitoring in production
- Support for incremental development
Found by people and by AI
Search is changing. More and more often the answer no longer arrives as a list of links but straight from an AI assistant: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Copilot. To appear there, being present on Google is not enough. What is known about your business has to be structured in the code, so a machine can read it, understand it and quote it correctly. We build for both worlds:
Classic technical SEO. Semantic structure, meta tags, structured data (JSON-LD), sitemap, speed and accessibility. The foundation search engines still rely on.
Generative engine optimisation (GEO). Content and data organised so that AI assistants extract exact answers about what you do, where you are and why you are relevant, with attribution to you rather than to somebody else.
Clean, verifiable data. Your contact details, your services and the area you serve are marked up explicitly in the code, not buried inside images or scripts an engine cannot walk through.
A measurable standard. Every project passes Lighthouse 95+ on all four axes: Performance, Accessibility, SEO, Best Practices. WCAG 2.1 AA on accessibility, and a report you can run yourself. Speed and a clean structure are exactly what the AI systems reward too, not only Google.
How it runs
The total time depends on scope. The factors that move it most:
The content
Ready, in progress, or still to be written from nothing.
The kinds of pages
Informational, functional, mixed, and how many of them.
The integrations
CMS, payments, authentication, forms with real logic behind them.
The visual identity
Existing, in which case we work with it, or built from nothing.
As a reference point, a project from nothing usually falls between 4 and 12 weeks, from brief to launch. The exact window is set on the first call, once content and integrations are clear.
What is not included
To hold the standard, some areas we hand to specialised partners:
Specific questions
Can I keep my existing visual identity (logo, palette)?
Yes, if it holds a minimum standard: a vector logo, a coherent palette, a defined typeface. If it does not, we can propose a partner to rebuild the identity, or a selective adjustment inside the scope of the project.
What technical stack do you use?
Astro, TypeScript and Tailwind, with a design system of our own, chosen for performance and for maintenance over years. Hosting infrastructure stays under our control and is picked to suit the project. The reasoning, in detail, on the first call.
Can I maintain the product myself after launch?
Yes. The code is yours and so is the repository, so technically you can. Our recommendation is different, though. Over the medium term, the cost of an unmaintained product (improvised updates, regressions, customers who do not come back) usually ends up above the cost of professional maintenance.
