We talk the project through, understand the objective, and decide together whether we are the right fit. No cold quote by email.
Scope, structure, deliverables and calendar, on paper. You approve before we touch a line of code.
We build with rigour, report every week, deliver in stages you can check yourself.
Six months after launch we run an audit together. Responsibility does not close on go-live day.
